Knowing that it has great devices and a solid sales’ figure to back it up, Sammy is potentially looking to take its brand to another level, as soon as next year.

After a rather stinging development this week when the UK court of appeals chastised Apple for their recent attempt to post a court-ordered statement on their web site concerning one of their many lawsuits with Samsung, Apple has posted a new statement on their UK web site. Apple was required to post a statement indicating Samsung did not copy the iPad when producing the Galaxy line of tablet devices.
Samsung Galaxy S III reaches 30 million sales worldwide
Mophie releases first non-iOS smartphone case for the Samsung Galaxy S III
Smartphone cases are one of those things that folks either love or hate. I prefer my phone to roll naked. I just don’t like cases whatsoever. I don’t like the feel of them, the added bulk, weight, the look of them… I could go on and on. I know, I know. You’re crazy to spend the money on a high-end device and not protect it with a case. Fact is, in owning three different smartphones over the span of the last three years, I’ve dropped my device a grand total of three times.

Samsung’s original Galaxy Note is an odd device. Many consumers think it’s too big to actually use as an everyday smartphone, and with good reason. On the heels of that success, Samsung predicted that the Note’s successor would sell three times faster than the original Note, and so far, they’re right on track because they already sold 3 million units.

As you can see above, Apple clearly outlines the facts that Samsung’s Galaxy Tab did not infringe on the iPad— though Apple doesn’t say sorry anywhere in its statement.

Today we’re learning that the LTE-enabled Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 will launch on November 11th for $549.99 on a month-to-month plan.
Samsung Stratosphere 2 images leak out
There are still quite a few users out there that prefer a real keyboard on your phones as opposed to a virtual one. After all, there’s a reason manufacturers still release this type of device. Today, courtesy of @evleaks (once again), we’re seeing some pictures leaked which look very much like the Stratosphere 2. It was about this time last year that Version released the original Stratosphere, so the timing seems to be right. As it’s merely a leaked picture, there’s obviously nothing to report as far as specs or pricing but we should see something official very soon. However, based on last year’s version, we can expect modest mid-range specs as this is an important variant in Verizon’s stable.
