PicSay – Photo Editor is a tool thanks to which we will be able to modify our photographs and apply lots of effects on them which will give them a funnier appearance or simply a more professional one.

The application will let us perform tasks ranging like correcting red eyes or applying some improvements to the colour of the photo to give a more professional style, or adding small pictures and other funny elements with which to destroy the original essence of the photo, but creating something totally new.

The free version of this application, available for download here, has less tools with which to modify our photos, but will allow us to play around with them a bit.

PicSay – Photo Editor is a very good application to modify images that might repair a bad photo, or turn a boring photo into a funny one.
