Kid Mode: Games and Videos is a very simple app whose main function is to make sure that a child can’t get out of an app that was open when you handed over your phone. That way, the child won’t be able to delete any messages, apps, or do anything wrong on accident.
Before the app is ready to be used, you have to manually configure it to set which apps are secure for your little one. So, the kids can only see that app and therefore won’t be able to access any part of the device you don’t want them to.
In addition to the apps and games that you add yourself, Kid Mode: Games and Videos includes a couple of utilities that allow your kids to draw with the device’s screen and read stories. These stories, as if it weren’t already enough, can be narrated using your own voice so they can hear it whenever they want.
